  • A clear description of the issue
  • When the issue started
  • Photos, if available
  • Whether pets are in the unit
  • Whether we may enter if you are not home

Call 911 for any immediate safety risk, then follow the emergency contact instructions in your lease.

Examples of emergency conditions:

  • Fire or smoke
  • Gas odor
  • Active flooding
  • Medical emergency
  • Any immediate danger to people or property
